How are camera quantities and fields of view determined?
We survey the site, define each security and operational objective, and assess entrances, distances, lighting and the level of detail required. Every camera should have a documented purpose and field of view.
How is video storage capacity calculated?
Storage is based on camera count, resolution, frame rate, compression, recording profile and retention period, with suitable capacity and resilience allowances where required.
Can existing cameras or recorders be retained?
Yes, after their condition, image quality, compatibility, licensing, network demand and storage capacity are verified. Components are retained only where they will not compromise the new design.
