We review user movement, area risk, access policies and emergency requirements, then define readers, cards or biometrics and the visitor-management workflow.
Can access control integrate with CCTV, attendance and lifts?
Yes, where compatible interfaces are available. Each interface, data permission, operating scenario and system responsibility is documented before implementation.
What happens if the network or power fails?
Controllers can be designed for local operation with standby power. Fail-safe or fail-secure behaviour is selected for each door in line with security, life-safety and approval requirements.
